Live! in Paradise (Park) Saturday September 11, 2010 12:30 PM	Paradise Park 1021 NE Colbern Road Lee's Summit, MO 64086 816-246-5224	This is the 5th Annual Carnival for CASA, held every year at Paradise Park to benefit Jackson County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). CASA recruits, trains, and supports lay volunteers to speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children in the family court system. Local musicians will be playing throughout the Carnival to support this terrific cause, and I'm pleased to be joining them. To learn more about Carnival and to buy tickets, click here.
Live! and Smothered in Chocolate Saturday September 11, 2010 7:00 to 9:00PM	Amore Chocolate Pizza Company 4821 West 117th Street Leawood, KS 66211 913-327-1400	This may be as close to heaven as you and I get. How can you not love a place with both chocolate and pizza in the name? Yes, they do offer pizza, in several flavors and sizes, all chocolate of course. Although the company has been around a while, the store in Leawood Town Center is fairly new. I am very happy to be bringing my music to their fondue hour. This is the sweet spot of the turn of seasons. Make it all even better by coming down to view some terrifically interesting art in the Crossroads district. Here the life of rural Missouri in the years prior to the Civil War is recreated in a way sure to please the children and interest the adults who tag along. I am very happy to be returning to provide homegrown music for the crowd. My buddy Larry Garrett will be accompanying me. This is a terrific way to spend a sunny Autumn afternoon.

Live! with Larry Garrett and Special Guest Saturday October 9, 2010 8:30 to 11:30 PM	Westport Coffee House 4010 Pennsylvania Ave. Kansas City, MO 64111 (816) 756-3222	Larry Garrett and I continue our run at this venerable Westport establishment. This is a good place to pass some time in one of the nicest parts of town, without the bustle and noise of the bars down the street. The food and drink are excellent and the service friendly. Larry and I often use this as a chance to try out new material and we always find a guest to provide some variety. This time our guest is a newcomer, Gerald Kawa. Come out and enjoy the evening.
